During the pandemic IDF supported 650 projects in the amount of 140 million euros
The Investment and Development Fund of Montenegro (IDF) records a significant expansion of credit support to entrepreneurs in Montenegro. During this year, IDF invested approximately to 200 million euros in the Montenegrin economy, while in the pandemic period, a total of 650 projects in the amount close to 140 million euros were supported.
Under the Third Package of Measures, IDF has a total of 39 credit lines aimed at mitigating the negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as enabling the Montenegrin economy to continue growing.
The mentioned credit lines cover all economic branches by offering credit lines to support tourism, agriculture, production, and there are separate credit lines for solving the problem of illiquidity, which is the biggest problem of existing companies in Montenegro due to the current situation.
It is within the Third Package of Measures that IDF offers the possibility of reprogramming, which enables businessmen to reduce their own obligations to the minimum, which ultimately solves the problem of illiquidity.
The Investment and Development Fund of Montenegro has done everything to provide funds by the end of the current year and final talks are underway to secure full funding for next year.
