National investment commission, which was chaired by the prime minister Duško Marković, approved the application to the second section of the highway Bar-Boljare, from Mataševo to Andrijevica, to be co-finansed by EU funds.

The subject of the application is the preparation of tender documentation and the execution of works, and the leading financial institution in this project is the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development“, they explain from the Government.
For this project in June 2017, after negotations between the Government of Montenegro and Ministry of Transport and Maritime affairs with the European Commission, were approved funds for the preparation of the preliminary project and the accompanying Elaborate of the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment.
